WET INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup applesauce
2 TBSP olive oil or butter
1 tsp vanilla
DRY INGREDIENTS
1 cup oats
1 cup oat flour
2 TBSP flax
1/4 cup arrowroot starch
1 tsp cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix wet ingredients. Mix Dry ingredients. Combine. Optional add ins: 1/3 cup dried fruit, 1/2 cup walnuts.
Bake @ 350ºF
