How O44 METHOD is intentionally designed to improve HEALTHSPAN
“Longevity and Lifespan” have become THE buzz words in the Wellness industry. Indeed this is a welcome shift from the “Anti-Aging” movement, but we like to think about Healthspan over Lifespan: Improving the Quality of our years rather than just our numerical years.
There are many offerings on the market claiming to optimize your lifespan. Maybe they will… but most have not been proven to do so yet. What do we know impacts Healthspan? Exercise, Nutrition and Restoration.
We love to share education around Nutrition but at O44 METHOD, our focus is designing Movement Programs to improve our Healthspan. Every program we create [*hint- there are more coming soon] is designed with the below at the forefront:
