Maple Pecan Granola

WET INGREDIENTS

½ cup maple syrup

1/3 cup unrefined coconut oil, melted

DRY INGREDIENTS

3⅔ cups old-fashioned rolled oats

1½ cups raw pecans, broken into rough halves and quarters

¾ cup raw pepitas (pumpkin seeds)

¾ cup raw sunflower seeds

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp ground cinnamon

⅛ tsp grated nutmeg

⅛ tsp ground ginger

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix Wet Ingredients. Mix Dry Ingredients. Combine. Spread mixture on the prepared baking sheet. Bake @ 350.
