Peppermint Bark
INGREDIENTS
16 oz good-quality semisweet chocolate, chopped
12 oz good-quality white chocolate, chopped
1 tsp pure peppermint extract
3/4 cup crushed candy canes
INSTRUCTIONS
Line a 13×9-inch pan with parchment paper. Melt the semisweet chocolate. Pour in. Put in fridge for 30 minutes to set. Melt white chocolate. Stir in peppermint extract. Pour over chocolate layer. Sprinkle with crushed peppermint candy. Put back in fridge for at least 1 hour.
